Learn More About Chi Nei Tsang
“Sarina makes learning fun. I tried the abdominal breathing after giving birth to my daughter and got a flat belly in about 12 weeks. I was hooked. Now, I want to learn all the techniques and become certified!”
-Marie-Élise Moreau
"Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage is one of my favorite Universal Healing Tao techniques. I love teaching it, I love receiving it and enjoy giving the treatments as well.
We have a six part program where you may learn many techniques; you can download the whole package or just study one part of the program at a time. Each lesson is about one hour. There is also some meditations that will be taught to support those lessons.
Take a look at a special lesson called The Constipation Cure. If you get nothing else, try that one. In that lesson, you will learn how to clean out that sewer system called your intestines. Very bad things happen when our sewer system backs up, so prevention is paramount!
Have fun looking around and then get in touch with me and we’ll take a look at what you should learn next.
NOTE: For those of you that are already certified massage therapists or, in your country if you don’t have to be certified to touch, and you want to take the online Chi Nei Tsang certification course, take a look at the training area of this website and we’ll get you all set up.
"Have a great time playing with your abdominal massage videos!” -Sarina Stone
Did you know that your body has two brains? One is in your scull and the other is in your entire digestive system. Have you ever had butterflies in the stomach, a gut instinct or a gut reaction? Your body has two brains and we’re going to explain a lot more about that as we go into detail about Chi Nei Tsang and abdominal massage. Chi Nei Tsang is just a fancy name for a wonderful kind of abdominal massage that helps us to clean out our intestines, energize and detoxify the major internal organs. Most people who practice Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage feel that it alone is a life-changing experience.
So – let's get started with massaging our bellies.
Chi Nei Tsang is a manual application of the natural holistic health practice of Medical Chi Kung (qigong) to the abdomen. It is a technique first taught by Taoist monks to enhance their health, detoxify the body and improve their Chi. This practice has virtually disappeared from modern China but was rediscovered and enhanced by Taoist Grandmaster Mantak Chia who trained Sarina Stone.
Classical Chinese Medicine is based in the concepts of Chi, Yin and Yang, and the Five Elemental Forces responsible for health balance. Chi is the energy resulting from the interaction of the Five Elemental Forces, Yin and Yang are the polarities which creates the flow of energy and evolution of ones self. The quality of health can be evaluated by examining the movement of the Chi in each of the organ systems, according to their corresponding elemental force of the Five Elemental Forces, on different places along their pathway called meridians. The ability to control the Chi, along with the exercises designed for this purpose, is called QiGong. Chi Nei Tsang can be considered to be the practice of applying Medical QiGong in the form of abdominal massage to the internal organ systems (Nei-Tsang) and perpetuating the Five Elemental Forces of health and balance.
Chi Nei Tsang is a manual manipulation of the abdominal area, via specific breathing techniques, self-massage or receiving abdominal massage, that causes stuck Chi and physical toxins to release thus transforming an area of pain or illness back to healthy tissue and bone. Techniques are designed to detoxify and energize organs and glands as well as connective tissues in the area.
Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage is a self-care protocol which may be learned and utilized by adults and children.
Most of the techniques used to transform ailing areas may be performed in minutes and require only a quiet spot to sit or lay down.
Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage is a therapy one may receive from a certified practitioner. If you are a certified therapist already, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage is a unique and life enhancing protocol to add to your repertoire.
Individuals (non-professional) wishing to practice with a partner are also encouraged by Sarina Stone as she is a firm believer in self-care. Many parts of the practice are safe enough to be applied by a parent to their child (families may learn some of the basic protocols as early as infancy for colic relief and elimination issues).
We offer a certification for massage therapist. Click Here for curriculum.
